On exam, our patient was found to have increased cupping of their optic nerves, putting them at risk for glaucoma.  Baseline glaucoma testing will be performed and I will follow them as a glaucoma suspect.

After baseline testing, I will see them back every 6-12 months for follow up examination and testing.
