​Thank you for your referral.

On exam, our patient was found to have dry age-related macular degeneration.  They currently do not require any intervention at this time but I have recommended daily AREDS 2 vitamins in addition to daily Amsler grid monitoring.   

I will have them follow up with us every 6-12 months one year for a repeat dilated exam, sooner as needed.
